After reading the heading you may think that how can a person reduce his weight without doing any exercise? It is true that exercise make a difference but this is also true that weight can be loss without exercise but for this also there are some activities which should be done so that you can maintain your weight like you should go from stairs instead of lift once in a day, you can take a walk around the block, you can play with children in the garden before tea, spend 5 to 10 minutes in tidying your home, you can take walk in your office for talking to a person instead of sending him any mail, you can hold your tummy in when you are in traffic, make alternate circles when you are talking to someone on phone or you can get up to switch over the channel instead of using the remote.

But yes this process will take time in reducing your weight but this can surely help you out in reducing your weight.
