You may be amazed to know that how can a person loose his weight without doing dieting. There are many ways by which you can loose your weight without dieting like you can take orange juice or have an orange in place of taking breakfast because in this way you can save at least 45 calories, other thing can be done is prepare omelet with four eggs but that also white portion of the egg in place of bacon with Canadian bacon because in this way you can save lot of calorie. Switch from milk to low fat milk or you can have the substitute of sugar in your coffee or tea. In lunch you can have mustard instead of mayonnaise to save lot of calorie and if you eliminate the cheese and save lot of calorie. Instead of taking Big Mac or large fries you can go for plain burger or sandwich.
These are some ways by which you can loose your weight without doing dieting but there are many more ways like never eat potato or chips at snacks time and in place of that you can have fruits like apple and many more because in this you not only loose your weight but get protein also. You can have diet cola or iced cola in your usual soda drink; you should take mini meals at every two or three hours and never skip breakfast because taking mini meals help in making glucose level which stables and minimize the overeating habit.
You should have healthy snacks like dried fruits and nuts; take vegetarian soup and fresh fruits. There are many substitutes like grain food or rice by this you will not only decrease the calorie but you can decrease the risk of colon cancer by increasing the fiber that you body requires. Instead of taking Caesar salad you can have low fat salad in dinner. You can have meat, vegetables etc in place of butter because butter increases lot of calorie, if you are going any where for eating or taking alcohol then instead of using coke or seven up with your drink you can have seltzer or tonic water. If you go for taking food in restaurants then always have half dinner which can be shared with your friend.
You should go for walk always once in a day because walking is the best exercise which helps in decreasing the weight and especially when you take meal then after that you must take walk so that your digestive system may work properly or you can go for swimming because this also helps in burning calorie in large amount. In these ways you can loose your weight without doing dieting so if you do not want to do dieting then you can do all these things so that you can loose your weight as much you want and in this way you will not feel frustrated or you will not suffer any problem so if you really want to loose your weight and that also in healthy manner then you must do all these things.
