Myths about dieting

The most common thought which people think about dieting is that you can become thin and can loose your weight as much you want but it is not true because if you start dieting then you just loose your health and become weak from inside and if you become weal from inside then number of diseases surrounds the person which can harm in a long term also. Like you can have the problem of anemia in which the blood pressure goes down as you loose a huge blood from your body and this problem effects in the long terms.

Not only problem occurs the other problem which can occur is that you can lose the huge weight but again you can gain more then the previous one and this happen because it is body’s natural tendency to react against weight loss and this thing can not be changed because of which they put on more weight then the normal one.

Second thing which people think is that dieters eat less then those persons who do not diet as this thing is also wrong and this is because dieters consume more snacks and they eat more food then the non dieters and this overeating increases their weight. Another myth is that people think that dieting makes them happy then this is wrong because dieting creates the feeing of anxiety, frustration and depression because in earlier stage the fluid loss and empty stomach may offer encouragement to the dieter but soon the negative effect will come in front.
