With the metro life getting so tough and hectic, it is often our health that takes the back seat. And our womenfolk are the worst sufferers as in the mad rush of managing family and home; they tend to skip their most important meal – breakfast.
But do u know that skipping morning meal can be harmful for our wellbeing and will have serious effects on our health and beauty?
Why healthy breakfast ?
By eating breakfast, one not only improvises on memory, but also remains alert and energetic all the time. If we skip breakfast, we feel tired, our brain and body runs on low fuel and our metabolism slow down by four to five percent below normal, which may lead to an unexpected weight gain. It has been proved scientifically that women can live better life, perform their functions at the best and remain healthy and young for a life span of life if they consume rich food with high nutritional value.
Must haves
To keep yourself fit and fine, fiber rich vegetables, lots of salad, seasonal fruits and juices, milk products, dry fruits, highly nutritious protein rich grams and wheat bread must be an essential part of our diet. For a healthy wellbeing, we should take about 25% of calorie daily, a mix of carbohydrates, proteins and fibers with required minerals in our breakfast. Not only the solid products, but plain and pure water is also requiredby the body.
Do΄s and dont΄s
1) Start your day with 2-3 glasses of water to remove the toxins of body through urine or sweat glands.
2) Go for long brisk walk, do some exercises or have some aerobics dance and then take a rest for a while.
3) After bath, have nutritious breakfast of your choice which should be less heavy so that you do not feel lethargic rest of the day.
4) Never drink more cups of tea, coffee or aerated drinks.
5) Never take oily and junk food like samosas, kachories, burgers etc regularly as they lead to high cholesterol, obesity and low energy.
6) If you don’t like to eat breakfast you can break the breakfast into smaller meals.
