Diet a word, which in original sense means to take in the good food and cutting the bad food out of the body. Every person want to be slim and trim it not only enhances the beauty of the person but it also keeps them active. The key to be slim and trim is healthy diet and no over eating. In the world most of the persons are suffering from obesity which is one of the major roots of many diseases like High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Acidity and many more. People in their teenage do not keep an eye on the type and style of food, which in return gives birth to these diseases and they became an ill for them.

To remain healthy and disease free what you have to do is just keep an eye on the type of the food. Healthy food is the food that is rich in nutrients and low in fat excessive intake of fat rich food causes the trouble of obesity.

There are many researches done throughout the world about the healthy food. The sample testing was done on the people two groups were divided one group was given healthy dietary food and the other was given the undietary food when the result came reviewers discovered that the group which was given dietary food increases show improvements in blood pressure, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein blood level etc which was a good result and indicates that how much a dietary food effects the health of a person.
